As a wedding photographer in Montana, I know this is a deviation from my normal stuff but my wife and I have been shopping for a swim spa for the past few months and have been beyond frustrated with an industry that almost universally doesn’t show pricing on their sites nor give you details on features and pricing there within. That being said here is what we found. I hope it helps someone else to at least give you an idea of exactly what swim spas actually cost. Bear in mind these are delivered prices as of Winter 2020 (prices undoubtedly have gone up and we were being told then that wait times were 48 weeks). Crane and electrical hookup are extra. Again this was for Missoula Montana. Since I’m a photographer of course I’m going to show off our baby! Here’s what we did!

These are quotes directly from the manufacturer so take it worth a grain of salt. They even offered to fly us down to Brea, CA to test their units and take that cost off the swim spa if we bought one…so you know they have quite a bit of margin built into these prices.

NOTE: DO NOT do business with Artesian/TidalFit…they are awful! We had ordered one from them but they changed our order and canceled it without letting us know! Our local dealer dropped them because they were terrible to work with! And if they’re bad to work with on the front end with dealers imagine if something went wrong and you had to deal with them after the sale.
Ultimately we ended up finding a 1 year old Master Spas Michael Phelps Momentum Deep dual zone locally for $14,000 that was stored in a shop. Which was a steal and we are completely happy! Our electricity prices shot up but have since dialed filter cycles and temps in quite a bit (rest high range seems to be our sweet spot). In Montana we’ve found that our monthly bill went up by $150 or so.
